BS ISO 28000:2007 with ISO 28007-1:2015

ISO 28007

ISO 28007-1:2015 gives guidelines containing additional sector-specific recommendations, which companies (organizations) who comply with ISO 28000 can implement to demonstrate that they provide Privately Contracted Armed Security Personnel (PCASP) on board ships.

ISO 9001:2008


ISO 9001:2008 sets out the criteria for a quality management system and is the only standard in the family that can be certified to (although this is not a requirement). It can be used by any organization, large or small, regardless of its field of activity.

ISO 14001:2004


ISO 14001:2004 sets out the criteria for an environmental management system and can be certified to. It maps out a framework that a company or organization can follow to set up an effective environmental management system. It can be used by any organization regardless of its activity or sector.

OHSAS 18001; OHSAS 18001: 2007


OHSAS 18001 is an internationally applied British Standard for occupational health and safety management systems. It exists to help all kinds of organizations put in place demonstrably sound occupational health and safety performance. It is a widely recognized and popular occupational health and safety management system.

Security & Complex Environments Group (SECG)


The Security in Complex Environments Group (SCEG) is a Special Interest Group, within the UK Government, which was formed in January 2011 to define, develop and facilitate robust, internationally recognised professional standards for the UK Private Security Sector operating abroad. SCEG's partnership with the UK Government is vital and provides a unique construct whereby an industry body has a sustained dialogue with government departments with opportunities to contribute to the debate, shape policies and influence international fora.
