Maritime Asset Security and Training (MAST) Ltd is a leading global security provider with the expertise and capability to provide comprehensive security advice including the delivery of physical security solutions and technology.
We specialise in providing innovative solutions to a wide range of security issues and offer a range of services including armed protection teams for commercial ships and yachts, private and government security training, explosives ordnance disposal and technical security system design and installation.
As part of our expansion and diversification plan we are recruiting for a Technical Project Manager (Super Yachts) to provide project management expertise as part of our technical business division. This is a newly created role and will be pivotal in leading and delivering technical expertise to our clients.
We are looking for someone who is an experienced Project Manager and a Chartered Engineer. Ideally your engineering knowledge and experience must be concentrated in the areas of integration of control, surveillance, communications, navigation, computer and IT systems.
You will have demonstrable experience in a systems of systems approach to engineering problem solving, and with a proven track record of managing and leading a team to take multiple projects (in parallel) from start to successful delivery. You will also manage and lead through life delivery of projects as appropriate. You will be a more than able communicator with effective leadership skills, have the ability to think strategically as part of the company senior management team and show integrity of character.
You will have a proven track record in a commercial environment and with experience of running a P&L account.
You may have also gained experience in the maritime domain preferably in the Super Yacht world, although this is not essential.
