Zamboanga City – An Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG) member, who serves as spotter in the group’s kidnap-for-ransom operations, was killed Sunday afternoon in a joint law enforcement operation launched by the military, police, and coast guard in one of the remote town in Tawi-Tawi province.
Armed Forces of the Philippines – Western Mindanao Command (AFP-WestMinCom) Spokesman Capt Jo-Ann D Petinglay identified the slain ASG member as Al Abdullah.
