The chemical tanker Costina was attacked by pirates on 6 nautical miles east off Somali Coast, reported IMB Piracy. The vessel was underway to Mogadishu, when was approached by motor skiff with six armed men. The pirates chased and fired upon the tanker for nearly two hours.
