In the Persian Gulf, the coast guard of Saudi Arabia opened fire on two Iranian fishing vessels. As a result of the incident, one person was killed, the Iranian television channel Press TV reported.
Iranian fishermen deviated from the course due to unrest at sea. The representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Iran, Mejid Aka-Babai, stressed that the Saudi border guards opened fire without clarifying the situation.
