LAHAD DATU: A proposal paper to set up a sea checkpoint centre at the Eastern Sabah Security Zone (Esszone) has been submitted to the Attorney-General’s Chambers to be reviewed, said Commander of the Eastern Sabah Security Command (Esscom) DCP Datuk Hazani Ghazali.
He said subsequently, the paper would be tabled in parliament before it is gazetted and implemented at the sea routes in Esszone, including for merchant’s vessels.
