DEFENSE Secretary Delfin Lorenzana and his Indonesian and Malaysian counterparts have discussed the possibility of holding joint air patrols due to the rising number of kidnapping and robbery in the waters of the three countries.
Gazmin, Malaysian Defense Minister Dato’ Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein and Indonesian Defense Minister Ryamizard Ryacudu held a trilateral meeting last Saturday in Hawaii at the sidelines of the ASEAN-US Defense Dialogue.
