MAST maintains its Competitive Edge with successful completion of ISO 28000 and ISO/PAS 28007 Surveillance Audits

Our team has successfully completed surveillance audits for ISO 28000:2007 for security supply chain management and ISO/PAS 28007:2012 for ships and marine technology which gives guidelines for Private Maritime Security Companies (PMSC) providing privately contracted armed security personnel (PCASP) on board ships and the company's risk management processes and communications were highlighted as strengths.

MAST follows methodical and effective procedures to ensure that resources are efficiently maximised to reduce overall security risks and associated costs to the customer. With 10 years' experience in the maritime security sector, we are able to provide first class, fully compliant, protection services on board vessels transiting through high risk areas and we remain a leading maritime security organisation, providing global support for our clients.

Phil Cable, MAST's CEO further explained that

this is a notable achievement and testament to the hard work put in by all at Team MAST to build on the initial ISO 28007 certification achieved in 2014. The company operates in a fast developing industry and MAST has had to develop and raise its game to stay ahead of the competition while continuing to provide clients with the high quality service they have come to expect from the company.
