Another of the Delta’s militant groups speaks out.

A militant group, the Ultimate Warriors of Niger Delta (UWND), has urged the Federal Government to promote a dialogue that will include all ethnic nationalities in the South-South region.
Its spokesman, Sibiri Taiowoh in an online statement yesterday said government would through this be able to reach genuine stakeholders to achieve an all-inclusive peace. Taiowoh however, urged the Federal Government to be wary of people using the defunct Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta (MEND) to seek political relevance.
