The Nigeria and South Africa navies have commenced talks to enhance capabilities of naval operations and secure international waters.
The Chief of Naval Staff (CAS) Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ibas made this known on Wednesday when he received the Chief of the South Africa Navy (CSAN) Vice Admiral Samuel Hlongwane at the Nigeria Navy Headquarters in Abuja.
