Phillip Cable LLM

Phillip Cable is the CEO and co-founder of MAST and is responsible for developing and implementing strategy and building shareholder value. Phil’s experience and background has given him an exceptional understanding of the insurance and legal requirements of developing and leading an international security company and he has been instrumental in the development of MAST since its start.

Phil’s early career was as a marine broker in the Lloyds of London Insurance market which led to him to return to education and graduate in Law following which he commenced training as a Solicitor.

Phil was then commissioned into the Royal Navy where he served for six years as a Warfare Officer before returning to the Private Sector. He then completed a Master’s Degree in Maritime Law and worked as a consultant in the security sector before setting up MAST in 2005 with his business partner Philip Batty.
